This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the request; no cookies are set by that request.
If you write to me
If you send an email, I process the data you include in it, typically your name, email address, organisation and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation.
- Why: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to discuss possible work.
- Legal basis: your consent in writing to me, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- How long: as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only where required for accounting or legal reasons.
- Who else sees it: nobody, other than the email provider hosting the account. Data is not sold, shared or transferred outside the EU except as part of ordinary email hosting.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to withdraw consent. Write to info@chilliwep.com. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
